Further Detailed Information Cottage access, arrival & departure times The cottage is available from 1.30pm onwards on the day of arrival. The keys can be collected in the village from 1.30pm to 8.30pm. The property must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure. Parking Parking for one car is available opposite the cottage. Heating & Electricity There are overnight storage heaters in all rooms and in the hallway. The electricity for these is included within your rent. These need to be switched on the night before to provide heat during the following day. In the months of October - March this will be organized prior to your arrival. Additional heating is provided by electric heaters. These are run from a £1 coin slot meter as is the electric cooker, hot water and lighting. Laundry & Linen Guests are required to provide bed and table linen. Twin beds convert to double if required (ie. zip together) but only single duvets are supplied. Bed linen (IE duvet covers and pillow cases) are not supplied. Cleaning of Cottage We make every effort to maintain the cottage to a high standard. Letting of the cottage is conditional upon holiday tenants agreeing to thoroughly clean the property upon their departure. We therefore request and leave the cottage as you would expect to find it. The Cottage is inspected before and after each let.
